Lockdown has really helped me to reflect and hone in on some self care rituals that I otherwise wouldn’t have had the time for. I’ve unfollowed a lot of people on social media that don’t help my mind, I’ve started journalling, writing about my emotions and exploring my mind a lot more. Stretching is also such a brilliant one that I think a lot of people completely skim over, it’s so calming whilst also being awakening, I love it!
